You don't seriously like that do you?

I don't necessarily like the lyrics, I think he got a little ahead of himself with the over-the-top prose - Bear in mind I'd likely still give my left arm to work with his vocals.

If you're looking for good examples of BT's vocals in true action, 'Paris', 'Animals' and 'The Only Constant Is Change' are great places to start.

We all can name a bunch of tracks who's videos and initial remixes are crap...

well i'm not basing my review on a remix, strictly on an original made by Tiesto/BT. There may be some great remixes out there but they are not made by him.

All you need to make this track sound good is a drive in the country side during sunset with the top down!

I actually didn't think it was THAT bad, but y'all know I love my dairy products! lol

I enjoyed the video and song.

Posted by LKD on Aug-22-2007 06:25:

this is utter shit

no im not basing it on BT or tiesto individually

there are only 4 notes recycled in 2 riffs...ooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

this is sheer genius(NOT)

ive loved other BT tracks where hes sung in (such as somnabulist etc etc) but this is garbage

the only reason i actually listened to this was cos it is BT but hooooooooooooooooooooooooooly does this suck

gaurenteed if this was released in say 2002, A lot of the people in this thread would be like "fuck i love this track. track of the summer." lol...wow have times changed. I personally dont' really like the track (for the simple reason that it sounds been there done that, and not in the a very good way at that) but on a side note, i have so much respect for BT as an artist.

There's some rather catchy shit on Modern Radio with half the complexity that BMF has.. And if we're keeping track, This tune makes blatant use of pre-fabricated loops too.

If it works, it works. I guess time'll tell how it plays out!

This thread isn't called "look at this video and in a few months time when you've heard all the remixes please post your thoughts". There is nothing "shitty" about my opinion on this video clip. Given Tiesto's experience (in both the industry and the studio) and given the fact that he partnered with arguably the best electronic producer in the world (BT) this song is one of the worst songs I've heard, period.

(in saying that, I am very interested to hear what Craig did with this track)

Well that's the underlining point, this track was obviously made as commercial trance pop radio play shit. And will it work as that? Of course, imo it excels as that. It fucking sounds like Dj Sammy, OF TWO YEARS AGO!

I feel bad for all you hardcore fans of BT and Tiesto defending this monstrosity, its a total sellout (one reason why I stopped listening to radio commercial/hip hop bullshit in the first place). Deadmau5 could have made a better track in his sleep.

BT has produced finer cheese/pop

this is a low point. would be better w/o his horrid vocals.

I disagree... his vocals are one of the finer points of the tune.

i felt his vocals in somnambulist were fine (sans that stupid nsync guy)

Adam K's remix was a little bit better than the original if you ask me!lol!
