i remember when copper creek opened.. god what a mess the kitchen was.. we'd be doing banquets for 3-400 people, plus running the bistro with a full time staff of 8 people.

i will try to get to taboo one day.. but unless i get a good deal, its not worth the money. just an overhyped/promo'd course. but still wouldnt mind playing it.

my fav course around kw, is whistle bear (in cambridge). 7700 yards from the tips. great, fun course. hosted the cpga championship twice (until the tourney lost its sponsor and now the nationwide doesnt make the stop anymore). I did security the first year then caddied the second (tied for 11th and made some big money). highly recommend it if u get to play it. it turned semi-priv/priv this year. www.whistlebear.ca
