I remember that peters photos from either Labour or Guv 10 Year (forget which it was) last year pretty freakin' sick. Really captured some pretty kickass moments and vibes with the lights exploding and kool haus just going off like crazy!

the reason why im asking is because i saw him on the skybar stage and asked him who he works for. he paused and said "armin" then sorta walked away to avoid any further interrogation. im just wondering if i was lied to because im pretty sure he doesnt work for any club-related site and there have been a few people asking me where his pics go.

He really works for Armin. I believe he takes pictures for Made Events in NYC.

I am pretty sure it just gets annoying having the flashes from the cams popping in his face all the time and he was asking nicely if folks could stop doing it.

I didn't find it egotistical at all.

Most people that know what Danny's like are aware that he's all about being there yourself to experience his sets. Hence why he doesn't like people snapping pics and recording his sets.

Agreed.

However, sometimes he is a little bitch, diva and princess all rolled into one!

Great pics Jay! Good seeing you out! Till next time!

And while we are playing the "Name that photographer" game... who was the guy taking pictures during Dekoze's set at Skybar in the morning... the Black guy with the arine hat and shit, army/camo pants, aviator sun glasses.... dressed all military formal like and looked like he was a part of Public Enemy's dance troup... He got a bunch of pics of me all sketched out raving like a bastard as the sun rose...

hey.. they should be up soon.. driving to and from Toronto was quite sleep depriving, and the day job just doesn't understand me needing to take a few hrs to get the photos out..

ideally tonight though.. cross your fingers.. and thanks for all the complements -Peter

actually 90% of the pics for armins album are by pete, so he aint lying. Pete is at most major events in nyc and his pictures are effin amazing. (my fav being tobacco warehouse of course). I am sure pete will give you links to his website if you just requested it.

Sorry if I was short with anyone.. I went thorough nearly all my cards, and that's the short version of where the photos will go (Armin that is)..

They'll all be up hopefully tonight, or definitely by the time the weekend is over at: http://www.PeterDrier.com/

As to me... I've done photos for Armin (website/myspace/10 years album book, ...) PVD, Above & Beyond, a few of the promoters in NYC (Made, Pacha, Cielo, Webster) in addition to LOL in Toronto for 06/07, Ibiza 06, Miami 07, and hopefully some upcoming west coast trips..

The full lineup is here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/drierp/sets/

and will over time move to my website.. takes time, of which there is never enough..

That's all for now, have to get back to the day job..

-Peter
