I wonder how cool does the venue look from the inside ?

Posted by c0ld 0ne on May-21-2002 08:07:

btw

If any of you see me, feel free to say hi.

Posted by DJOS2 on May-21-2002 22:47:

the look

The overall look is very modern clean lines - a lot of contrasting wood and wide white textured walls with mirrors for effect throughout. The bars are white marble with woodgrain accents and the floor is wood with glass thoughout the staggered rise to the top - its quite stunning!

Vibe

Although I am 26 I haven't been to a 19+ rave. I know that the flyer markets this as a clubbing experience. Just wondering if anyone has been to a renaisance party in the past. What is the vibe like? Is it in fact a "RAVE"?
Also...

Who is doing the security?

I already have tickets so it's a little late to ask but wanted to ask anyways.

i went to the other renaissance party at RTH and it was absolutely insane

it wasn't really a raving experience so to speak...but it wasn't like going to a club
it was just...something on its own, i dunno

but hopefully ill be there if im not in ottawa, hoping that this third of hybrid is the good one...not like those other 2 tools who played at the warehouse a couple months ago

however last time there were tooooooons of hot ladies there...though it was pretty gino'd up from what i saw
but it was all good because ron jeremy was there

5AM finish?

Just wondering if anyone knows of an after party for this one. Most of the time I am still going at 7am. Just don't want to look all tarded in the middle of the street.

Anyone know who is doing security?
Rave cloths OK for this event?

I hope I win those tickets!

Posted by DJOS2 on May-23-2002 13:29:

to make it fair

Since we had 49 replies (including this one) we chose to use the lotto 6/49 winning numbers from last night without actually knowing what they were until this morning:

04 08 09 26 34 43 Bonus 48

So:

Post number 4 is the first winner of 2 tickets - Trance Armada

Post number 8 is me, so no winner there

Post number 9 is the second winner of 2 tickets - Cold One

The winners will be contacted by private mail and have 24hrs to respond. If we don't get confirmation we will do another draw!

Congrats, and see you all this Saturday.

OS Out!
