If you want to compare kinda emotionless characters, compare Data vs Seven.
Jeri Ryan comes out looking like B rated pornstar when compared to Brent Spiner.

Funny thing about Seven is that she does have emotions. It's just Jeri Ryan plays Seven so poorly that Seven turns out to be a rather bland character, despite amount of script Seven gets each ep.

Plus we all know that Jeri Ryan got the part because she sucked Brannon Braga's cock

Jadzia Dax (Terry Farrell) was smoking hot, was super annoyed that she got crushed by Gul Ducat, (asshat!!). Ezri Dax was kind of cute as well.

I actually liked Dukat. Marc Alaimo's a good actor, portraying Dukat as man of multiple personalities. Kinda like shades of grey that DS9 generally portrays. There's the evil Dukat and the good Dukat all wrapped up in a smooth snake act.
