its more to do with this forum, since DC area stuff doesn't get nearly as much attention.

Yeah, several of us on here used to ask about starting a DC area forum but it was pretty much just ignored, apparently due to a lack of interest. Of course, that was also back when Ian was our official full-time mod and still modded here once in a while.

Most of the local promoters don't bother posting here because there's only a few people in my area who reads this board so if you want to know about local DC events you can always check Buzzlife's DC/MD/VA local message board:

yea buzzlife is good but alot of them are abunch of trance hating bastards so also check out Groovanauts DC section and the GLOW florum.
