I have my bias, you have yours.

I never claimed no one else dives.

Get over it

I agree we both have our own bias'...lets move on (but to let u know it gets annoying that in every match review post you make u always have to add a "Cheating Portuguese diver" comment into it, it's getting old now...this goes back to last year too)

He actually does it to humour me because I HATE PORTUGUESE FOOTBALL after the despicable display in the World Cup last year. Learn to take things with a pinch of salt and leave Yohan alone.

The intricacies of a message board are exactly that, intricate and unless you take the time to get to know people on here instead of blindly defending bad sportsmanship, you'll always spend your time on here angry.

Now shut up and lose.

Double post and I don't care because I am a Scouse fan and proud. And a double-hard bastard too

Ivan, you'll be kissing my fat ass when you relinquish that shiny piece of tin back to us scallys. Even all the way from Croatia

but Yohan has got a point, portugese football is awful. They cheat, and dive and make a meal of it. Also why i hate them.

You can defend them to the death, it will still be my and alot of people's opinions.

I'm not angry at all...like i said it's annoying that it's said in every post

OFF TOPIC: HE PLAYS ON THE LEFT, HE PLAYS ON THE RIIIIGHT
THAT BOY RONALDO, MAKES ENGLAND LOOK SHITE

Even the Blokes know who is tops in England

Posted by English Rachel on Sep-21-2007 14:53:

Only the blokes who are shit fans. I don't think that counts.

I don't support ManUre but I will always back any Portuguese player playing abroad on whatever team it may be...The English club I support is Arsenal (the team with a starting XI without one single English player in it)

Posted by Yohan on Sep-21-2007 14:59:

It's just people's opinions. You'd note that most of the time, I say Man U scum, Arse, Chelski, Scousers and whatnot. (and I speak my mind however I want to)

You can take my comments with a tongue in cheek sort of POV and look for actual discussion about footy.

Because this game still rocks

PS: Cristiano Ronaldo may be gifted, but he still cries whenever he gets a good hard English tackle

I agree that is why these threads get so heated because we obviously have a very strong passion for this beautiful game

Yes, but we've also got one of englands brightest hopes in Theo Walcott.

We had an english player not too recently, his name was Cashley Cole.. Or, ****ly **** as i like to call him. What a twat, him and his ugly wife.

and yes, united managed to grind out a 1-0, but lets face it, their going have to play a lot better then they did today if they want to make this a long run this year..

Posted by TheVrk on Oct-03-2007 12:03:

I was REALLY happy with Rangers last night, and impressed..i mean, IN Lyon??? Great victory.

ManU scum shouldn't have won..but they usually find a way

We're back for the beginning of round 3 of group matches...

I'll be watching Rangers - Barcelona tonight
----> BIG on Rangers side for me

As for my team, this yr's been a horrible struggle with ANOTHER terrible game....
a loss at HOME and 10th in Serie A does NOT cut it for us

Tomorrow we BETTER be ready.

Haha. Milan beats Inter, but loses to lowly Empoli

Ole Viola!

Arsenal 7 - 0 Slavia Praha.

Arsene Wenger was surprised Arsenal's 7-0 Champions League win over Slavia Prague win was so emphatic.

"We scored more goals than I expected," he said.

"You never can predict in a Champions League game you will score so many goals.

"We kept a good pace in the game."

Of Theo Walcott who bagged two goals on the night, he said: "Theo's in good form. I wanted to give him a start. He played well.

"He's calm in front of goal. We know he's clinical and when he gets inside this position, he's composed."

The only sour note on the night were reports from Germany in which goalkeeper Jens Lehmann claimed he felt "humiliated" by his continued absence from the side.

Wenger responded, saying: "I don't want to humiliate anybody.

"We have three world-class goalkeepers and we can only play one."

Asked if Lehmann had a future at the club, Wenger replied: "Of course."

Walcott dedicated his first Champions League goal to a relative who recently passed away.

The 18-year-old marked his first start in the competition in style, scoring twice against the hapless Czech visitors as the Gunners moved within touching distance of the knockout stages.

"That was for my brother-in-law's brother who actually passed away. It was a tribute to him," said Walcott about the celebration for the first of his two goals.

"Absolutely brilliant football the way we were creating chances. We're always going to score goals no matter what the game."

Walcott admitted his second goal, a deft poke with the outside of his foot, owed much to the hours spent training alongside former team-mate Thierry Henry.

"People are probably going to say it's a Thierry Henry finish," Walcott said on ITV 1.

"I've watched him in training but all the strikers here can do that."

Walcott's only regret was failing to complete his first Arsenal hat-trick.

"I probably should have had a hat-trick but it wasn't to be," he added.

Star midfielder Cesc Fabregas, who also netted twice, said: "We played a very complete game. All the team played some amazing football.

"From the beginning to the end, we kept concentration. We wanted to score more but, of course, keeping the clean sheet was important as well."

Of Walcott, Fabregas said: "Amazing. The last few games he has made a difference coming on as a sub.

"He showed everyone what a player he is.

"Soon we will see him, I'm sure, in the full England national team again."

He added: "We know we have to keep our feet on the ground.

"The attitude is there. Everyone wants to win."
