since i been djing..i have came to relize that many of big trance djs cant mix worth shit.... many djs overall cant mix ..... many djs i used to admire now i hear them and i get to critical i guess when u dj you critical about mixing .
anyone from Toronto willl agree with me. He's dj associated with a local radio station Z103.
Dj Danny D <-- he actually plays a BON JOVI megamix he made on soundforge. ..uggggggh!!! and plays only the commercial cheese. He is the epitamy of what a crap dj is.

hmm i know A LOT of pearces stuff is cheezy bollox, but ive heard the odd good tune from him, eg frank trax - nebuchan (although the shit head always cuts out before the break) tho i far from like him.
judge jules also plays a lot of shit, but i ignore that, the good trance tunes he plays make up for it IMO
the worst djs would have to be of "energy 106" the cheeziest heap of crap you could ever have the misfortune of hearing, its the local radio station for the "8-year old ravers". they usually just make some terrible tape with full tunes played back to back with a swoosh sound between them. on these wonderful tapes they have HAPPY HARDCORE !!! aswell as rank 1 - airwave (true love never dies vocals) and they butcher other classics aswell...they depress me
i dont know if you could even call them djs
i wont even start about "kiss 106".....at least they have LIVE people playing shit instead of a looped tape
i would also list "dj darude", atb, dj jean etc.
everyone's forgetting the MTV shakedown dj, DJ Skribble. The most annoying guy out there IMO. He plays hip-hop, remixes of Britney Spears, one good track in each hundred and he likes to scratch a lot (at least that's something he's expert).
DJ Jean gotta be number 2 - anyone saw a video of him where we has trying to scratch some vinyl under his leg??

Any dj we mention cannot be the worst dj ever to exist, because the worst dj's would have to be ppl who arent dj's and thereby cant dj AT ALL.

Ya'll hate on Skribble. But I've seen the guy live. He's pretty damn nice, not as a Trance DJ, cus he's not one. But just as a DJ in general.
He played my GradNight last year (Shut the FUCK up, lol) and he played hiphop for about the first hour of his set. Which is cool, cus most high school seniors like hiphop, spin to please. But he faded into dance music, and faded well at thet. I'd say about 25 people out of the several thousand there even noticed they were dancing to Trance by the end. The guy scratches alot cus thats what the crowd enjoys too, and when he does it, it's done well. He's pretty good.
And Johan is nice too. Can't mix top notch, but doesn't always play "cheese", iight sets.
Worst DJ in the world is the DJ that was at the first club I ever went to when I turned 18. He played poppy dance shit that no one liked. The second DJ that came on was the best hiphop DJ I've ever seen. But that first one actually had people walking OFF the dancefloor. yeah, lol.
A lot of people are probbly going to disagree with me but...
I don't like Sandra Collins at all. I have seen her twice and each time I didn't really like her sets. (They were Ok) But that's not the reason I don't like her. The two times I have seen her she looks like she doesn't want to be there at all. From the look on her face, to her looking at her watch every 10 minutes and rolling her eyes saying to herself, "when is this going to end" It seems like she hates what she is doing.
Has anyone else noticed this, or does she just do this while I'm there??
Worst DJ? In my opinion, it's "DJ Mystik", who is quite popular where I live.
the wrost dj where im from is Shama, too much techno and hard house
in his sets. one time i seen him, he must've been drunk or something but he was doing a duo with a dj called Tomohiro who spins gabber and psy trance. but they kept screwing up , i mean the beats wouldnt match, and the song seletion was terrible.
DJ Sakin by far. Saw him live last saturday and he trainwrecked 3 times....3 BAD trainwrecks. All of his other mixer were just horrid. The only reaosn wa stated around to see him is because he was playing kickass records.
JUSTIN, this is just an observation. you list your fav tunes song first then artist.

the worst dj in the whole wide world would have to be dj mystik...cbx said he is popular in the states and that he is..........only to the newbie trance listeners who like the mainstream crap like sandstorm, thunder in paradise, dear jessie blah blah blah....this guy...he mixes anything and everything into one set...no consistency what so ever...hard trance mellow trance, psych to happy hardcore this guy has no ear...therefore i give dj mystik the big hunk of california smelly, rotton cheese award of the century

This DJ in our local Yates (not like i go there much), he spent like the whole night dropping comments about Ginger people, I don't understand these people, they are quite happy mixing a bit of RnB with Garage then to a bit of house, insult the punters for a bit...

That's what I don't like about her, not her music.
Our local DJ really sucks big time he plays lamour toujours and party affair like 5 times a night And he also likes to talk through the mixing
