So are any judges done judging yet? It shouldn't take that long, should it? Besides, I need my webspace for something else Or have all jugdes downloaded all tracks so it's safe to take them down?

lol seems like you're right

maybe with future remix compo's we have to think of some strategy so that all mixes will be up in time on some ftp server or http page, and no tracks are accepted beyond a very specific time. that way many problems can be solved i think

or maybe pick out the judges before starting the remix compo hehe

And I also believe that the next time we will have to get an ftp account or something (preferably ftp) to upload to

So, have the other judges forgot about it or what? Who are the judges anyway? I remember that Robstar and Waxen signed up, and Project T?

First of all...I�m sooo sorry!!!
But this was really really hard for me to do!I thought it would be easier...
I may have missed some tracks but these where the once that was on my HardDrive.
Anyways.I did my best and here�s the results:


5 of 6 - Exentia

I didn�t like the intro that much cuz not much was happening
And something strange happens to the soundeffect u�ve used at 02:04 , it just get�s cut off.Not a big deal but it doesn�t sound good.
But after that things are turning out better.
Like the build up. But it sounds distorted and the snares are a bit to high.
So when it all kicks in the mix loses it�s power.
So I would lower the volume on the fills.
Second Break.
Really 303 alike sound. I really like that part.
But when the fill comes in the same thing happends again.
What I would like to hear is more effects and pads to fill out the sound and make it bigger.

Great percz!
Bassline is good too.
at 01:49 when the melody fades in I though it would explode at 01:50 toghether with some strings.
But it didn�t. =/
Vocal sample , nice.
The bassline changes abit now , cool!


The break down is very good.
Love the vocals , really atmosperic (spelling)
Abit disepointing when it all kicks in tho...
I thought u�d keep the vocals for it.

Break it down! Some good ol break beats.
Nice.
Outro also good.
The end.

Sound good already!And I�ve only heard 5 secz.

Good sounding Chords at 01:07. Groovy!
The 303�s are killing! Like em alot.
Break is good but not awsome.
Would like to hear some lowstring on top of the high to make it deeper.
Everything kicks in , wicked.
I like the part at 05:39 when u have alittle break. Good use of effects there.
Oh breakbeat...hehe

The outro is wikked.
I gotta say that I like the intro and Outro more then the main parts of the song.

LightWorks - This is a Dream

Hey

Great intro melody. I love those kind of melodys.
Some strings.
Main lead kicks in...
What(!) I`m only at 01:10. Well okey.
The synth sounds a bit thin! Make it phater.
Like the string melody, creative!

Break.
Long and nice break.
Very relaxed.Cool little Vocals sample.

Main part kicks in:
As I said before the synth sound abit thin but it�s okey since u�ve used a pizz sound on top.
So that makes it more interesting.

The little extra melody u put in the mix at 05:20 really got to me.
Like it like it like it!
Makes the track groovy.

Outro , same melody as in the intro. And I still love it.

I can hear right away that this is gonna be good.

Nah...Hmm I didn�t like it cuz it destroys the feeling I got from the intro.
It sounds like it could be 2 songs.

Aha...Yes! Sound really good again!
I like the way u build the track , u have used lots of sounds and made some good percussion patterns.

Trancevison - The new earth

didn�t like the breakbeats in the begining but I like the intro at 01:03
Sound hard and deep.
Synths are starting to kick in...
Mmm..love the sound of em! Really good!!!

Still love the synths , Agressive sounding!
But the breakbeat...nah.

Main part:
Don�t like the first part of it.
Don�t sound as powerfull but then when SynthString starts again it sound much better.

Okey here we go again , synths filtering in!
Real good.

See main part.

Outro:
Like it just as much as the intro.

Same goes for this track. I like the intro/outro more then the main parts of the track.

Native Trancer - Addicted

Soundquality is great!
Intensive bassline, really good!
Intro is really good!
Main lead sounds a bit weak tho , could be phater.
The part between 05:32 and 06:40 is good , keeps the track going and more interesting.
This track made me bounce. I love the bassline.
Good work with the percussions too.

I think it would be nice if you judged that track too, or else it would not be much of a competion

I now see that my link on dance-samples.tk is dead. However I only expected it to last about a week and hoped that all judges would have downloaded it then. The guy (was it Pjotr G)who run the page maybe has the file local so he can upload it to his site

I have the file local, but all my web space is already full with all the other songs

And now my link is dead (it's not dead but very hard to get)
I'm only at a 56k modem so it is very hard for me to upload songs anywhere, if you could upload it somewhere so that the judges could get it I would be thankful

Sorry guys, I've been ulitmately busy for exams and revising and such. I hardly have any free time atm, but if u really need me 2 judge I will do so over the next weekend and week, but the choice is yours.

Hey.. Im surprised to see only one of the judges posting marks (Robstar)

I will have mine submitted within the next two days. I have also been really busy doing stuff like my demo, and working on tracks of my own that need to be finished in two days. STRESS!!!!..
Also.. Im looking for a job bigtime, and other little things here and there.
BUT.. the point is I will have my judging marks in very shortly.
I still need to download the alfi song.. Alfi you bastard.. hahaha... where are you!

Check page one, Peter Cambpell was done way before Robstar
