I think its a really strong track. I thought at the start it was pretty average, but its grown on me!

Not as good as his remix of Imogen Heap - Hide and Seek though!!!

Nothing, but listening these two tracks one after another, it doesn't take much to make your life miserable.

don't know the original but I do know I don't like this remix. If he continous like this, I guess it will take some time till we can expect another good remix from Tisto, ... if he'll be capable of ever making another good one

ps: and that picture is great

Why are people in this thread saying a "timberlake" track would be easy for a dance remix? Surely its the genious of Timbaland to make hiphop with keyboard synths that makes this easy; not anything Timberlake brought to the table.

Secondly, if Timbaland himself contacts your good self "hey dude, heard you were *insert famous popularity con event* and wanted to know if you'd remix my latest tune for my homey Justin..."

Errr no sorry, Mr Timbaland, I can't possibly show my true colours as a complete sell out by taking your offer, because if i did that, i would anger a whole host of people on an internet forum, which is much more important than challenging myself with another side project.

Tune isn't his worst work imo, it isn't the best either. But its comfortable.

From what I understand JT is very involved in the whole production thing, so he's not just the pretty face on the cover.

The JT song has so much more potential as a 'Tiesto remix' but it seems to be again a rushjob just like some tracks on his 'sucking' EOL album.

Lets face the summary of this one, deng,deng,deng,...deng..deng. Weeeep, Weeeeep , Oh I have to catch my privat plane.

I think the 29 Palms remix of Ashlee's Simpson's track "Pieces of you" is grand. The Above & Beyond Club mix of Britney's Everytime is acceptable in my book. This is just SHIT.

Posted by wotyzoid on Sep-24-2007 23:23:

Jeeez, James Holden remixed Brittney, I still find the guy fucking brilliant. What is the biggie here?? An EDM artist can't remix a pop track 'cuz some loser fans are gonna think he's going pop production wise. Well, all of that depends on the remix itself. Take PvD for instance. His remix of the JT song was absolute garbage, a few months later comes out his poppy album In Between. I personally would rather listen to Elements of Life than In Between even thought none are my taste. The point is: stop bitching, and whining 'cuz we all know Tiesto has been wanting to go mainstream ever since Love Comes Again or before. A stupid remix of a Timberlake track is not suddenly going to change that.

Posted by jupiterone on Sep-24-2007 23:49:

It's really like that for everything they do.

Tiesto opens a club/restaurant people bitch and moan
Vath opens a club/restaurant people praise

woa, heater trance?? no way, heater is house

i love the track, a step in the right direction since love comes again

i'd rather see him do more of southern sun tracks, but those babys dont come along very often (the good ones i mean)

I wasn't. No, not at all. I was just making the point that they both have taken the opportunity to remix a pop track.
