In the longterm yes but for the next year it will not rise since the Federal Reserve is expected to keep lowering rates until our housing market starts to grow.

i was at work for the first time in a week today, and HOLY SHIT, prices on some products that we get from the U.S. hit the fucking floor, sharp aquos TV's, western digital hard drives, Every Samsung tv we have, LCD or plasma...wow, i was definately shocked.
