If he was really that gakked, his eyes would roll back into his head for an extended period of time and stay there, not continue to flick back to the camera.

Also the mouth movements are overdone.

Ever played the sober game? In the midst of knowing you are totally skirted, ask your friend if you look sober, then try to act as sober as possible. That's exactly what that kid looks like he's trying to do. FOcus his eyes, but he's rolling too hard to keep em focused for long.... Try typing a text message in a phone, you can't focus on the letters.

he cant control his muscles something to do with the nerves.. it tenses up the jaw uncontrollably.. magnesium would do the trick.. just preload on heaps of magnesium pills

Delete all the cookies/temp files

Also check your internet settings. You might have a setting that doesnt allow streamed vids....
