PS. Also any feedback on the club itself, dresscode...soundsystem crowd, vibe etc? Thanks....

Club is called Belo because it is a level below the street. They do have a dress code but as long as you avoid tennis shoes wear a collared shirt you should be fine. I have never had a problem but many here have. The bar shut liquor sales around 1:30am and is open till 4:00am. Anthony post here often and is also on the bill so I am sure he can get you set times. Not a huge room at all so you can get up close easily. The club is in the gaslamp five minutes off the 5 freeway. PM me if you need anything further.

Should be a great night.

This is going to be an amazing weekend.

Any word on set times? My plan is to arrrive around 1am.

if you can get there earlier i'd recomend it, last time sander was here the place was PACKED and no one likes lines (especially when it rains like it did this past weekend).

so do yourself a favor and get there as early as you can, i think set times will be something like

Me: 9:30-11
Lee: 11-1
Sander 1-4

and i haven't been told differently so i think the discount list is still $10 before 10 and $15 before 11, if that changes i'll let you guys know. (god damn i'm excited for this night)

Problem is...I just found out about this party, and my flight from Atlanta doesn't arrive into LAX until 10pm. I will then pick up the rental car and drive straight to the club....so that should put me there around 1am I imagine...

I bought presale tickets, so hopefully I get in without a line...Is there a separate line for presale tickets?

They stop serving alcohol at 1:30am? Wow thanks for the heads up on that...We will have to make sure to have a few before we walk in the doors.

Any other info I need to know about the club?? How is the crowd compared to Avalon LA?

MADHATTER: Wow what a trooper! Please feel free to PM me and/or call me as you are headed down to Belo. There normally is a groovetickets line, but I can make sure to be outside if you have any problems.

Cool man I appreciate it. I hosted events in Atlanta from 2003-2006 (RIP MaddHatter Promote Group) and am a huge dance music fan. We had Sander play for us in 2004 @ The Mark which was off the chain and he is in my top 5 djs on the planet right now. Super nice guy...

Anyway my girlfriend and I are most certainly looking forward to the show. I will hit you up when I am close to belo (it would be great If we could skip the line especially after the 5 hour flight and 2 hour drive)

Thanks again!

Hagen

ps. My area code is 912 on my cell so if you see that number its me calling you.

nice 1!

Sander as usual was sick last nite at cameo.

neeldless to say we had a wonderful time boozing it up in the booth with an abundance of sleazy smokin hot miami chicks. Always brings out the hotties and musically was very eclectic, even dropped soem nice peak hour prog at one point.

I feel like going home without you.. i don't feel like going home all alone...

perhaps he'll close up with that like he did here, was perfect closing track, people are happy the lights are on, he does it every time...nothing like a good sander nite. Alot of techy tracks, a bit of electro , but not much (thank god!) and then the sander songs that no one else pulls off. Oh and the matt samuels rmx of enjoy the silence went over well.

You all have fun, Lee and Sander together is not to be missed!

Lemme know if there is room for another valley boy. I'm going to Above and Beyond most likely Thursday and Saturday nights, but I feel like I'm missing out if I don't go to this.

Amtrak is also convenient if you can make the 7pm train from DtLA. Youre about 4 or 5 blocks from Belo once youre in SD. The first train in the morning is 630 but allowed in the station at 430. Yea, I've done it before. haha. I dont remember how much though...I'm thinkin' $50 rt. but how much do you spend on a tank of gas rt?
