It's not educational system fault it's the way we quebecois think (french canadian), we got like a looser mentality that hate sucessful people, it's a shame to talk well for many many here. There is a big difference between montreal and the rest of the province(which is invaded by cultural minority). In the more rural part, they still speak in an old fashioned way. Altought there is not only downside to this people here are also way more friendly and down to earth.
