hm so WB upgraded their sound system? I missed quite a few good acts because of that system before, it was just uber shitty... I'm not gonna miss Cosmic Gate, but now I'm considering B&J..

...and those who complain about WB being shitty venue, it is not the best that NY has/had to offer but currently it's the biggest with the biggest dancefloor in NY with lots of space to dance and you don't have to worry about people bumping onto you all the time. Now, if the system isn't so bad as advertised WB can be a fun place.

Trust me..

I only saw Webster with a shitastic sound @ Joof & Cosmic Gate after that the sound has improved [not hte best but way better than before]

Also, I've gone there maybe atleast 5 times since Lee Burridge & Danny T. They always have a different set-up with new and completely different lights.

hey, i am not singling anyone out, and I am always up for a good asian joke, but these are in really bad taste.

Truthfully, what seperates a cracked-out asian from another cracked-out person? I've encountered many people not of asian descent much more strung out, agressive and threatening than the asian crew, its easy to just generalize an entire group because a bunch of people who like their drugs also happy to be the same race.

Their customs and mannerisms might not make sense to you, but overall, as a group they are generally non-threatening and keep to themselves. They are all just about having a good time, and if swaying side to side is their thing, then I am happy for them. I will have to admit that numerous times the asian men will approach my female friends, but a simple "no thank you" keeps them away. At first, I thought they were weird also, but I have actually talked with them, and they are no different than you or I.

When you go to EDM events, you will get an eclectic mix of people. Everyone is just there to have a great time. I would rather party with them than a bunch of people who think its too cool to be yourself and have the time of your life. Before you judge them, i would suggest getting to know them first.

HEy now. I'm all up for making fun of any crackhead groups and I'll even join along with their crazy dancing.

Just not used to seeing so many of them up here [especially in huge packs!] since there are hardly any where I'm from. I do make fun of the G'd, K'd out ppl who become best friends with the speakers @ Space. They look funny!

I just notied theres a combo tix for B&J @ WH and CL & AM @ Rebel!!! What time does WH close? I remember Rebel being open well into the early morning. Set times for both venues would be nice

i just thank GOD that the Andy Moor/Christopher Lawrence/Locals party is at REBEL, at least it can be guaranteed to be a KILLER/quality night with no annoying ppls or fights starting up. lol

Unless Pacha or some other venue has a party with a great lineup on Friday night, its without a doubt that all the CRACKHEADS (fob or otherwise) will end up at WEBSTER. esp since the venue has been pulling in talent and Blank and Jones are very well-known in general. Not that it should serve as a deterrent since B&J should be an awesome show. Just saying.

webster has the space to pull a massive party :P. I was talking about the cosmic gate thingy and that will bring masses, I know you weren't talking to me directly, I'm just sayin...

Lee Burridge and Danny T @ Webster for Made's Underowrld party was freaking sick. Sasha@ Webster was another massive party.

I do think they moved that shitastic sound system to the room next door where Holden was playing. It hurt my ears so bad that I had to leave after 5 mins .

Made needs to do a re-booking!!!!!

You're just keep building my expectations hehe, I'm getting butterflies now, I hope I won't be disappointed after all this praising. I haven't been to WB in a long long time, like I said I missed quite high number of acts at WB that I don't even remember, but sasha being one of them.

I'll make sure to post my opinions after CG
