Boring is subjective, but uhhh.....no. He likes to mix things up a bit, but his sets are far from dull.

Agreed. Every set I've heard from him has crazy technical transitions with effects and whatnot that seem to really add a different feel to the tracks than if he were to mix them plainly. He also does a lot of live sampling to add that extra something.

Would love to actually see him live so my opinion wasn't solely based on downloaded live sets.

If the mixing is spotty, sometimes it's just not the same if you weren't there.

sure seeing someone live is different than just hearing their livesets, but if you dont like the music in a liveset in the first place, seeing them live is probably not going to change it much. in my experience anyway.
