pretty legit.. it's pretty obvious when you're there.. they cluster along the main strip, usually a few hundred feet from the door of the club.. and you'll save 10 or so off the cover price..

biggest difference was what the bands bought.. some places it was open bar.. some places it was well and dos equis..

I seem to remember having the most fun at copa cabana.. could be that I ended up drinking with the owner, his wife, and his mistress.. ya, leave it to me.. and getting a ride home with a pizza girl on a scooter to boot.. aah, cancun...

ooh, and I think it was coco bongo.. the place with the waterslide.. that had drinks that were crazy strong.. they basically wanted to get you in and out of there as quick as possible.. and when you're 1/2 meter drink glass is half filled with vodka, cause ice won't fit down the length, then you get trashed quicker than i did on my birthday this year.. which is impressive..

+ 1 on the drinks ... this is Segnor Frog's with the Waterslide (umm.. you end up in the lagoon) Not Coco Bongo. Coco Bongo is the place with the trapeze(sp) shows with spider man swinging all over the club.
