I was away in Germany all summer alone for the first time in my life and I missed my family like CRAZY

I spend my summers in Poland with the euro-familia and that's enough independence for me. By the time September rolls around I am always ready to come back and begin school again and come home to GOOD FOOD that SOMEONE ELSE MAKES FOR ME...with LOVE lol

Next year I'm finally leaving Hamilton to do another undergrad at York University. It's gonna be a weird adjustment because I know absolutely nothing about Toronto's geography. I can't tell the difference between Scarborough and North York, I have NO idea WTF Etobicoke is, and I just learned this year that there exists a place called Maple. I also used to think that downtown, Pearson Airport, and Wonderland were all in the same general area

Lived on my own for a couple of years. Couldn't handle living with slobs anymore and couldn't afford to live by myself so I moved back home. While I have my own space downstairs, having to listening to my parents nag about stupid and completely irrelevant things day in and day out can be a real pain.

haha that's always nice..but i gotta say i'm glad that moving out on my own gave me a chance to learn to make my own home cooked meals..whereas while i lived with rents i had no motivation whatsoever to learn..now i get a satifying feeling from it

have done so since first year uni.

i do miss having all food prepared everyday and not worry about laundry and everything else.

my mom still comes over and cooks and cleans for me tho. i am soooo spoiled. that's why mothers are THE BEST!

HELLS NO!!

I was living in a party house a few years ago.. my roommates were sketch bags that had people over from friday night until monday morning every weekend. I had to get out so i moved back to my parents house for what was supposed to be a couple of months. it turned into almost a year. been back out for almost 2 now.

I love my family and all, and could live with them, BUT NEVER AGAIN. I'm too old and too independant to do that again. And while some does do my laundry for me now, it's different cause I pay the place by the pound for it
