You should take probiotics and also Charcoal, you can get it in Health food stores, it's sometimes hard to find it's an old ancient remedy. You can get it in capsule form or powder form. It doesn't taste that good butit works wonders. What it does is it binds to toxins in your intestines and microbial bacteria and strips them. Also echinacea, vitamin C and all the B vitamins, really good antioxidants. Hope you feel better.

That is the best way to do it. I avoid taking anything aside from my daily vitamin and protein. Why ingest all sorts of filth and pollute your body when you can build yourself up stronger by recovering naturally.

Yes! My mom would always rub VICKS on us kids and then she'd put a very warm (almost hot) piece of cloth (old diapers worked better) on our chest and one on our upper back. She's tuck us in bed and we'd be feeling a whole lot better the next day. I continued that little treatment with my son and also with boyfriends.

Yeah I know, it's been helpful always, I like to use it on all occasions not just when I'm sick haha

hahaha...

I sometimes eat the vicks (habit I've had since I was a kid) and I rub vicks on my cute little nose every night before going to sleep.
Yeah I'm weird but I like it!

Wow, and I thought I was crazy

Is it really safe to eat? or are you trying to get me to poison myself!?

jk but really, how's it taste

KarateKid

You probably are crazy! hahahaha...
Safe to eat? Well, I'm still alive and I ate it for many yrs. I guess it kinda tastes like a Halls throat/cough lozenge but w/o the sweetness. I don't eat it anymore unless I get a really bad sore throat and that might happen once a year.
