you say you drink to get drunk, yet you don't drink everclear...seems to me a $15 of 95% alcohol would be the most effecient and cheapest way of getting plastered/shitfaced.
most of those stereotypical college parties where it was like 100 underaged freshmen all squirmed around a keg thats been sitting outside all day where the shittiest parties ever....even the bars were more fun then that.

philly won't be so cool after your first robbery experience. i would say philly is one of the worst cities, but this country has too many to name....baltimore, detroit, cleveland, camden, newark, and the list goes on and on.
