Me either lol. At least I think I haven't...

I just hope it's better than Coma and Park it in the Shade. Both of those tracks are OK, but PIITS really just doesn't do much for me and I can't imagine an occasion where I'd fit Coma into a set.

Still holding out some hopes for this one

Posted by nsamadi on Dec-06-2007 01:23:

it was part of beatports freebie a while ago....Emfire's 3 track sampler....where they used each new upcoming emfire track and mashed it up into a 6 min track...

I can upload it...if you guys think it's okay, or search on beatport..it might still be there....

it more chill/ambient then the other two releases...just judging by the sample.

Appreciate the thought m8 - but I'm going to hold off until I can hear the whole thing to form an opinion, shouldn't be too much longer.

Still, thanks though

I saw Digweed a while back and for the first hour it was really down tempo (little variation) dark underground techno....eventually when he wanted to pick things up..he slammed Coma into his set...worked really well.

yeah..no problem again....just confused if it's allowed to be shared cuz it was a freebie from beatport...but I don't know if I could share it....

See that's what I have trouble with - Coma really, really seems to just go from 0-100 so quickly I just don't know what to do with it.

Since I bought it I've listened to it far more on it's own than playing it.

Yeah...tough one to use, I like Three's dub a bit more.

oh..just wanted to add..the who killed sparky track...my least fav in the bunch..its more down tempo....

sounds like chimes or bells...and halloween like...i think it's suppose to be a intro track or something..but hard to tell...i wanna listen to the full thing...

It's this damn cold weather - I must need to recalibrate.

lol that cover took about two and a half minutes in adobe illustrator

i really need to get a job working for 'insect'

We know his down-tempo stuff can be lush. Be interesting to hear this one.

Posted by idoru on Dec-06-2007 19:49:

Given the last two, I'm not holding out any hope.

Posted by darin epsilon on Dec-06-2007 19:53:

I want to know who killed Sparky, dammit!

Posted by plaxx on Dec-06-2007 19:58:

Has anyone even seen the etched vinyls yet? Granted that the digital artwork is lame, the etched vinyl might be a little better looking, and maybe thats what 'Insect' is contributing.

I own COMA - yes I still play vinyl in this digital era - and I must say they definitely don't look bad ... but still it is also not that overwhelming as they claim to be.

Absolutely no shame in that

Can you take a picture? I'm interested to see what they look like

One of my favorite records is from Bedrock's anniversary release remixes. They have this neat etched Bedrock logo on the back

Sure But you'll have to wait until after the weekend. My digital camera is out of the house for the moment

That's fine

Hey guys,

Unfortunately the sample itself is all I have. I am not sure what benefit it will serve considering its length, but it appears to be a much more mellowed out and uplifting track in comparison to the previous two. The track, as I received it, was titled Sparks and I am assuming that "Who killed Sparky" is simply a name change. Personally, I thought this clip alone was quite impressive...you guys can be the judge of it.

Enjoy!

Looks like somebody is a dirty trainspotter

Hmmmm, the intro sounds very Vangelis-inspired. Something that would come off a Pure Moods CD.

i know..seems chilled out..but on the other hand it might pick up..sample is too short...but I doubt you could play it out live...no wonder Sasha hasn't dropped it in a set yet...
