Actually Jen it's not good for you A nutritionist told me that even though they're full of goodness, eating them so late in the day adds unnecessary carbs and such to the diet. I used to eat a bowl most evenings beforehand, cos cornflakes are so yummy

I do not eat cereal late at night. I prefer to wait it out and then perform a full out frontal assault on the cereal in the morning. I've been known to eat close to a full box of cereal in a few hours.
