Easy thing to think about.
Dew point is 55
Outside temp is 60
If the air cools down to 55 (assuming the dew point stays the same) condensation will occur from the water vapor in the air.
Think of Fog. Temps are at or within a degree of the dewpoint when fog happens.
In a cloud the temperature is the same as the dew point. Outside of the cloud the temperature is higher than the dew point.

k...but things get a bit foggy when it's raining outside AND they mention a dew point which is different from the ambient temperature.
Edit: The data that I posted does have a dew point = ambient temperature. But I think it's just coincidence. The dew point was 39.0 even when the temperature was like 45 F.

It's hot and kinda humid here. About 30 degrees celcius (86 Farenheit).
