Water, bottled or tap, cold or room temp, doesn't matter. Water is the only thing that truly quenches my thirst. I've practically given up soft drinks...too much sugar, and they always made me even more thirsty.

Also, I'd like to report for TB's sake that I drink far too much beer.

Water from tap through the Brita. Bottled water is disgusting...

tap water at home and work. when i go to the gym i bring bottled water, but after im done with the bottled water i end up refilling it at the fountain. occasionally i'll go crazy and have some VITAMIN WATER. i live life dangerously.

I drink tap/fountain water when thirsty. I never substitute it with anything else. The only drink that will naturally quench my thirst and make me feel better is plain cold water. I buy bottled water only if I am outside or cannot find a decent water fountain to drink. Waste of money IMO.

So why do you guys prefer to drink some other beverage when thirsty ?

juice is delicious

Being thirsty means that your body needs water. So I had the ingenious idea to actually drink water when I'm thirsty.

Edit: When you want to drink something, anything goes. If you're thirsty, drink water!

Real Juice. Organic. Never that pasteurized concentrated shit.

Protein powder mixed with either water or juice. Dont drink milk. It will give you moobs.

Monavie. This is some of the best stuff you can put in your bodie. The Acai Berry in it slows the process of your cells releasing carbon. This means it slows your aging process.

Water.

I try to avoid bottled water whenever possible... so wasteful...

If I'm really thirsty I will get water out of the refrigerator with only 1 or 2 ice cubes. If its too cold then I cant drink it fast

often times, i'll buy like a pack of 24 bottles or something, and then just refill them w/ ordinary tap water. great for if you want to just carry some water with you at work, gym, etc...

Fanta tastes absolutely awesome when you're thristy! Cold water does the job very well, but the taste of Fanta + the feeling how the cold Fanta goes down = ultimate thrist murderer.
