exactly the answer I was looking for (and found shortly after I posted that question)

I was there from 6 am until 10 pm.

The music until 1pm was horrible. Dark, depressing and demotivating.

The music after that was awesome.

my first time there!

Exacta's last hour left me speecheless.
did not know he played so nasty!

enjoyed the music from 6-10!

agreed.

i was sitting there when morrison came on. from the first track he dropped my friend and i looked at eachother and he said 'this guy is going to punch us in the face'.

i agreed and went up to the booth to talk to morison . i said ' i have only heard the first 4 minutes of your set and i already know you are going to drop the set of the day. you are going to rip the roof off this place'

sure enough, he brought it- big time.

awesome. that set made my day.

a good, genuine, pleasant guy too.

The term "circuit" for me tends to remind me of repeating squeaky tribal horns... This isn't the best example but get the points across. Ralph Falcon immediately comes to mind...

I walked in around 12:30... the place was so packed... and the coat check line-up was so huge we decided to just run back to the car and put our jackets in there. Apparently the line did not die since 4am.

Jon set was fab!
But the set of the day for me was Peter Presta's... bring on the bongos baby!

Didn't stay to hear the end of Nathan's set.. was way too tired and I must admit partied out after Sasha and Digweed.

Wish I was around for Glen Morrison's set though... love the dark proggy beats.

I had much more fun last year... but there were many contributing factors. Heat, partied out etc.

The best part about the day was how many friends were there...

xoxox... until next year... possibly

yeah that too. the 4/4 beat that doesn't seem to change for about 12 hours. synth basta. the horns.

best example of this is SM Trax- Got The Groove ( SM in motion Mix)

or Camisra- Let me show you

this was the track that was chosen for us to preform to a few years back when i got invited with some flaggers from dallas to preform @ Nation IV in thailand.

i love both tracks... but if u want to see the man pit of Fly explode... or any large party in the states... drop these at peak time...

I was there for 2 hours only and I only stayed for jons set which was AMAZING!!!

I had no desire to keep partying after Sasha & Digweed but I am glad I went and hung out with everyone for a bit...last year zone was way better for me especially in terms of heat factor

You'd have eff'n loved it babe. Best set of the day easily hands down for me. SO GOOD.

Everytime Id starting jumping around anew up front, or start hollering out "TUNNNEEEEEEEEEE" or something (lol), Glen would look directly at me and just smile.

He was loving my enthusiasm. That was awesome, and very cool to see.

I had a couple "zoners" come up to me to tell me they were loving my energy during his set.

I loved hearing the melodies in his set. SO. GOOD.

Wish you'd been there with me and Grahamers and the rest!

TOTALLY. That made the day. Period.

Saw so many many many unexpected faces, and faces I havent seen in 6 months or more.

It was all super fantastico! Wouldnt trade that day for anything.

WOW what a Party this was I had been waiting for this since Halloween .I got there at 5:30am with gehzumteufel(O.C.TA) who was visiting here for new years....Got in right away which was sweet and was shocked to see how packed it was.....The temprature in the V.I.P was like unbearable......went to the back area and chilled there beause it was close to the exit so the temprature was okay but still hot.

Chilled most of the time upstairs actually my first time at CZ chilling upstairs the whole time......JON JON you're set was crazyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy,Im a hugeeee Fan now (First time saw you @ zone and dood you the man ) The beats kept getting crazier and crazier........

The biggest WTF momment for me,kotsy and ben(gehzumteufel) was when a new security dood who was I guess first time working there this tall dood out of no where comes and starts searching ben who was just standing calmly near the vip enterance next to me and kotsy literally after 20 minutes we got in there and then.......Starts checking his I.D and stuff fukking acting as if he doing something wrong even though hes just standing and looking at the DJ booth we assure him that he has no drugs on him but he still checks his pockets and then leaves.....Same fukking security dood comes back after like 15-20mins and does the same thing again and tells us to leave from the area which was by the speakers to the eneterance of the dj booth cause he thinks ben is acting suspiscious LOL hahaha.......Poor guy says fuk it lets go somewhere else so we ended up going up stairs and it was fun after that and crazy times the temprature upstairs was nice and stayed there most of the day and went home around 10pm..........I was surprised how clean the highway was like as if it just simply rained and nothing else.....Good job

This party for me was literally 15/10.....

that security guys only reason that he was bothering us was because we had our hands in our pockets.. wtf.

Anyone else hear Jelo/Deadmau5 - The Reward is Cheese on three occasions? How about Deadmau5 - Harder Better Faster Stronger two times? I also heard this one two times: Anyone got an ID?

That's the only drawback to events like this that are so incredibly long with a large list of djs

i need that track badly !!

Posted by XxGreekStylexX on Jan-12-2008 01:28:

Exacta was the best for me... Glen Morrisson was pretty awesome though I wasn't feeling him much at first.. but his set got better and he seemed like he was really enjoying spinning for all the zoners..
Joee Cons was pretty good in the morning, and Nathan was great as always !

i left for quite a while to sleep and missed Peter Presta, Manzone & Strong and some others but I still had an awesome time !!
