...And I'm not even a big fan of the tune. The fluffyness got to me pretty quickly, but it was a cute tune while it lasted.

It definitely was never on Beatport. It's all over the net illegally though.

so if the track is illegal, rather needs clearance to release, is it still illegal to get it through non-purchasing sources?
