I got one for $275 and the other for $285 so your $250 mark should be within reason. Looking at eBay now they're a little sparce but that won't last. When I bought mine I had 10 or so to choose from that were used.

Yeah I would pay that as well, just right now it seems to be slim pickens. I hate waiting, I wanna mess around with them now

Just remember that ebay means no warranty, though it may be the only way you can get some in your price range.
