Thanks for much for the kind words everyone (and to Karen for starting this thread), it was a great surprise

I would have posted sooner but I've been terribly busy and didn't want to just post a "thanks guys" post.

I really appreciate all the kind words, it really means a lot. I have been working insane hours lately, so because of that I haven't been clubbing in Toronto and not even in London in quite a while. Seems the only times I get pulled away are when I have my own gig, which isn't intentional but things need to be taken care of. So if I haven't been out, this is generally why, so I've not been avoiding partying or seeing you guys, I've just honestly been far too busy.

I never thought I would ever get to a point where I would be working for a record label, let alone running one. Not only that, not something as well respected as AVA Recordings. I still consider myself very new to everything so it's a great opportunity and I learn something new every day (good or bad, haha) about the industry we all seem to love.

As for the tunes coming, I've been working really hard to try and find a sound I'm happy with that's not something everyone has already heard time and time again.

'Cover Edge' will be out on Beatport Thursday as that's when they do their updates. It's already up on the AVA website for purchase, and you can hear samples there and on my MySpace page.

As for other things I'm working on, I just finished up a remix for Jav D and Mat Zo this weekend which I'm really looking forward to playing out in a club. I did up my first original tune as well which has been getting some interest so hopefully it'll have a nice home soon. Also have a couple more remixes in the works so it looks like 2008 could be a nice year (hopefully).

I'd like to thank the following a few people as well:

8 Wonders - Seems to be one of the only people online when I'm pulling all-nighter's. Thanks so much for the kind words and support.

Andrew/NuERA - Always great talks. We're both busy and you've been doing amazing things lately. Keep up the awesome work.

Barry/Ampz - Been talking since I first started so many a conversation we've had. Always positive and helpful. Congrats on your current success and hopefully 2008 brings you even more.

Del/Swamper - Always positive support and sound advice. Thanks for all your help

Jon Jon - I know we've had out differences in the past, but I think we've pushed past that. Thanks for the comments on the tunes, great work yourself with DJing and massive trainspotting, and hopefully 2008 is great for both of us.

Justin Chung - London represent for sure. Though I know you're incredibly loyal to your house-head community, you still support me and give me feedback on things all the time. You've been great and I really appreciate it.

Justin Oh - Manager of my cheering force, haha. Thanks for all your help and continued support. I'll keep bouncing tunes off you and I'm sure you'll be doing the same.

Karen/Dancing*Queen - I wouldn't be anywhere without your continued support. You see me constantly stressed to the eyeballs, and at the same time don't seem me for days as I'm tucked away working in my bunker, but you still support me and help me every chance you get. I can't thank you enough.

Kelly/Yankeebaby - Always positve support from you. Nothing but great things to say. Haven't seen you in ages, and now you know why

Mike/DJ Robben - Thanks for the continued support and listening to my rambling and bitching. Looking forward to this weekend, should be fun.

RJ/Rabbitjoker - Always something positive, intelligent, and creative to say. Thanks for all the kind words.

Sasha - Not just my favorite photographer but an amazing friend. Though you've pulled a nice disappearing act lately due to work, I appreciate all the txt's and constant support. Truly a great friend

Shawn/Trancened - Fag. Ah, in all honesty I wouldn't be putting anything out if it wasn't for you. You're a great help with everything, even if you do keep asking to hump my leg.

Tim/Tygon - Thanks for all your help. Got me my first gig at Vault Lounge back in the day and helped me through some early DJ woes. You're doing amazing lately with your tunes, and hopefully continue on with nothing but the best.

I know I've missed plenty, and it's not intentional but I just don't have time to thank everyone who has helped me out over my time I've been DJing. There are countless more who don't browse this forum and countless others who have tuned into my radio show. I'd like to thank everyone for everything, and hopefully see you all soon at some point this year.

I'd like to end this by saying one thing though that may be contradictory to everything I've said above. Of all the things mentioned, I still feel like I've done very little and I still feel extremely non-existent in this industry. So in my opinion, I still have an extremely long way to go, but this is a start

Thanks so much yet again.

Hey guys.

Just posing a quick little update to let you all know that my first remix is finally released and up for purchase on Beatport and the AVA Recording's digital store.

Brisker & Magitman - Cover Edge (Chris Allen remix)

This tune was released a couple weeks ago on AVA Recordings and the vinyl pressing is already sold out in multiple stores worldwide.

I also have a new sample on my MySpace page of a remix I've just completed for Jav D & Mat Zo featuring the lovely vocals of Einat, called 'Silver Lining'. Plenty more tunes in the works and some nice big surprises coming soon!

Upcoming gig schedule for 2008 is already starting to fill itself up. Here are some of the dates to look out for in the coming months:

Feb. 22, 2008
Stereo, Montreal, Canada
w/ Andy Moor

Feb. 29, 2008
TBA, London, Canada

Mar. 14, 2008
Barking Frog, London, Canada

Mar. 24 - 30th, 2008

Miami, United States

As always, thanks for the support, and I hope to see you soon.
