So in other words you lose half of the polyphony (which isn't really that bad at all), you just adjust the settings as a VST, while the CPU drain is much less as it's hardware and otherwise it's basically a TI?
If so, then WIN! Love it

I don't think I could live with half the polyphony. The TI's polyphony drops fast if you use some complex patches. 80 isn't close to the reality

Yeah I've had NP maxing out the polyphony on my TI.
The 3rd stereo output will fucking own, really happy about that. My biggest gripe about the Virus is the 2 audio outs. 3 will be a lot more workable.
UK price seems to be 829 - too much

Blofeld for me, absolute bargain @ 299
^^
I got my Polar TI used for 900 pounds, you'd be better off getting a used TI for that much!

How much they gonna come down to as I can buy a Virus C for 400 and a 2nd hand Ti for about 900. I hope the indicated prices are incorrect

Suggested retail price is: $1.350,00, 1100. (Incl. 19% MwSt). Fail.
NovaMusik have them on pre-order for $1250. When they come down to $1,000, I will buy one.

strange
I have to say I'm kind of glad they made a cut down version instead of a new full blown beast. I just recently got the Ti and would hate to have to upgrade so soon
As far as the new Ti output: AWESOME!
Just what I wanted for xmas
Hopefully there will be other enhancements too..

fair enough
it seems to be the issue now too so maybe i was lucky, i couldnt find a second hand so I was forced to this, i wanted it BAD! and with the bad dollar it was all a nice deal for me. tho if the blofeld ends up at the same price or less im not sure what to think of the blofeld or the deal i did
now back to thread: snow looks cool
