Urkel went to space in Part 1 of the season finale. And I'm pretty sure he got back when Part 2 ended.

During its final season, the show moved to CBS. The show never had a proper series finale. The tenth season, which was supposed to feature the marriage of Steve and Laura, never entered production. The ratings had been on a steady decline for the last couple of years, and CBS decided to cancel the show (as well as Step by Step) after only one season on the network; at the end of the season, the show was not in the top 100. After the season ended, the sets were dismantled, much to the surprise of the cast and crew. The ninth season finale, a two-part episode, ended up becoming the de-facto series finale. This same episode is when Laura agreed to marry Steve before he went away for an undetermined time period to visit his parents in Russia. Laura stops him by accepting Steve's marriage proposal over Stefan's.

Carl Winslow was good, the overfocus on urkel really because blatant around Urkel started 'transforming' himself and all that bollocks.
Waldo Geraldo Faldo was the best thing on that show.

She was hot back then too in the later seasons. Funny bc the made her really tomboyish at first.
