I accidentaly ate sheep brains... an Iraqi offered what i thought was cauliflower to me... until I bit into it, it had the consistance of a rubber band.. i ran around a corner and spit it out. VERY gross. I do not reccomend.

Theres squid in the freezer I must eat.

Recently had turkey heart & liver off the Christmas turkey. Wanted the stomach too but thats a bit more dodgy. The neck of the turkey is the nicest bit of the whole bird though. The heart is nice enough, somewhat tough, but the liver tasted a bit bitty. Did the whole Snails thing when I was in France, they were delicious I must say.

Hell, I'll try anything once.

The flavouring comes from the pain. Read up how they make their livers nice and fat.
