Mountie chicks are too homogeneous. Same with most uniform females...

christ.. how old are you guys? Nice attention to detail Daroza (Bush X). I still have Sixteen Stone with the x on it.

Mine was probably something by The Beatles. Before Metallica the only music I was exposed to was 1050 CHUM and my dad's vinyl collection

Now that I think about it, he gave me Harry Balafonte - The Banana Boat Song (Day-O) on vinyl and I used to always play it in my room.

It's because of that weird mash up Orbital did with Halcyon+on+on in their live sets. (and that Bon Jovi tune)

The first songs I recall hearing when I was a kid were U2 (can't recall the tune right now) and Genesis - I can't dance...but the first I was really obsessed with was the whole of Pearl Jam's Vitalogy, I'm still obsessed with PJ.

Annie Lennox - Walking on broken glass is there, too for some reason.

Offspring - Keep 'em seperated
Pumpkins - Today/disarm
Sheryl Crow - If it makes you happy
Sonic youth, Alice in Chains, Alice Cooper, Soundgarden are all up there as well.
