According to the 2006 Census in Australia 27.8% of the entire population have no religion or put some bullshit religion down on their Census form. That has been on the rise every year as well. Not against religion by any means, just something I thought was very interesting when I came across it. If hell does exist it will be over-run by Aussies

im not nationalistic AT ALL, but fuck i think australia has done well with its separation of church and state, the style of parliamentary democracy we have adopted, compulsory voting, a fair welfare system etc.

its great that our leaders dont need to pass the "faith test" in order to be elected.
