I expected something better and not generic, but... this is shit IMHO. Plenty of non signed tracks better than this...

Hm, I'm wondering what has she "done" so this shitty track is on Radio 1

well 'record' is a totally different tool used for, hrm lessee.. recording audio from an external source, which obviously sparked the confusion...

Yeah, compositionally it's on par with much of the best trance of the mid 90s (which makes it dated and unoriginal as hell, but nice enough). But as others have said, pretty laughable production and sound-design. She's clearly had somewhat extensive compositional training but probably got Cubase a week ago.
