everytime i dance nonstop at a party for 5+ hours, my legs and calves get sore. and extremely sore if i'm partying for around 11-12 hours...to the point where i feel like a cripple/a handicapped old woman . i usually feel a bit better within a couple hours of being in bed.

i was partying, and slid and fell in snow, and bruised my elbow. previous to this, my friend fell down a 5 concrete steps. snow and booze and buds arent a good mix.
