and you know some shit like that for fact? or are you just going with what's been propagated to you by the mainstream media.

What Fox News Television wants you to believe, and reality may sometimes (and likely more often than not) be two different things... We can also get into reality being a relative term but that'll take too long and provide no solution.

I'm just saying a few stray instances of "lawsuit, injury, discredit (ment?), and destruction" involving Scientology advocates and those against them is not enough cause to go calling it daily and devout practice and "duty" of the whole of them.

I think i remember someone on here actually doing that personality test to see what it's all about. I don't think he ever returned... I don't remember who it was.

Let's hear some facts from sources that don't have a strongly biased agenda against upstart cults.

Eh?

How about documentaries where they interview current and former members?

And don't give me that "biased agenda" garbage.

I have a biased agenda that proves gravity exists and that you're asian from the waist down, can you prove me wrong? Will you post pictures of you jumping off a roof with your wang out to prove me wrong?

Yes, that would be acceptable.

Well?

It's probably far more simple then that. People tend to fear that which they don't understand, the natural reaction to something that one fears is either to flee from it or fight against it. Most people don't understand Scientology, some seek to destroy it because of that.

Or perhaps the fact that it is a BUSINESS with an unholy tax deductible mantra, uses what ever powers it has to stifle dissent and free speech, as well as preaching an incredibly ignorant and harmful attitude towards psychology/psychiatry. I cannot think of a single reason why we should be subsidising such an organisation, and if we don't mock and attack such a system now, it might very well gain a foothold in the future.

There is already enough meddling in politics by the established religions.

Because she converted to Christianity.

And no, I wanted the sources Alex has been looking at. He's obviously very knowledgable in the religion and could teach us all a lot about it.

What are you on about?

//Jesus, you just linked a bunch of anti-Scientology websites. Like, websites, of all things, [poorly] contructed with nothing but extremely biased viewpoints.

tsk, tsk
