Give her Breaks (like Hybrid's mix of Eve of the War)
Give her Psy (Yahel, Infected Mushroom, Hallucinogen are easy on the ears.)
Give her UpLIFTING!!! (Exhale, Never Look Back...ya know. Any uplifting song you loved as soon as you heard it.)
Give her Chill-Out (ONLY non-repetitive stuff, like Solar Stone - Seven Cities (Ambient Dub) and Southern Sun (Solar Stone))
Give her HARD TRANCE (The Second Trip (Scot Project), Angel of Death (Hennes and cold) DJ Mind-X - Voyage (Dogma Mix) <---everyone loves this song.)
and if all else fails, play Better off Alone.
anything with jan jonston flesh , close to you , skydive. that will ease her in the trance scene.
I converted one of my friends to real trance with Ferry Corsten stuff
I've tried to get my gf into trance, with no luck. She just doesn't like the basslines - she prefers the smoother sound of R&B.

The task you are attempting is hard as hell to achieve. Ive tried to convert the all the R&B girls that we all know and love to trance with very little luck. Although all the ones i did convert came out to a great show at a nice Venue and took the whole atmosphere in. Maybe try that. As for tracks the only one i can think of that havent been said is:
Chicane - Autumn tactics(Thrillseekers mix)
A little on the slow side but very epic! Lots of great generally non repeating vocals a good mix between good trance and a standerd "song". and maybe
Perpetous Dreamer - Sound of Goodbye
She can listen all she wants but until she gets those mental pictures we all get in our heads when we hear the perfect track she won't understand the passion we all share.
