I disagree. In South Korea this is true, there the starcraft scene is bigger but everywhere else is different. In China par example, wc3 is getting bigger and bigger. If you just see how many tournaments they hold each year and the number is increasing. The fan base there is HUGE and actually a lot of the korean programers went there to play. In Europe wc3 is also way more popular than BW. Sweden, France, Netherlands, Germany, Russia and so on, all have good players and big audience for wc3. So imo wc3 scene is bigger than bw's atm. It's not like is a big deal, 90% of it will go sc2 after it's release.
