EXHALE!!!!!!!!!!!! <3<3<3
Thanks sooo much to Ferry for playing my Exhale request, I think I was about to lose my goddamn mind at that point.
Still in Toronto, I will give a full review after lunch and a loooong drive home. <3<3 **(singin exhale in my head..........)**
btw tordan, the guy is someone ferry works with from NYC. He was a really friendly guy in the beginning of the night, but was OBVIOUSLY plastered out of his skull at the end.
LOL @ RJ and his 2 hour anger spree on the guy.

What can I say... what a fucking great night! I met many ppl including Chinamon and Shaya... which these guys are always great to hang with. The night started off right when we got through the guestlist line and ended up receiving comp tickets. Nice not to have to pay getting into the club! I was digging Tall Paul's set as it progressed getting better and better. Ferry's set was awesome. My friend was whining how he hoped Ferry wouldn't play radio type trance. He definitely didn't. His selections were generally hard, which is what I prefer. Last time I seen him his selections were softer, but not this time. It was great when they lowered the DJ booth so we could see better. He looked like he was having a really good time behind those decks. I don't remember if it was him or Tall Paul who played Disco Demons, but when it was done, we went upstairs and guess what... they started to play it up there too! Everyone was freaking out and dancing hard when it was playing, and my buddy and I were watching these two shooter girls out dancing everyone else in excitement. Acid Lounge was pumping out some really good tunes and I had to stay a bit to dance it up good. The Gallery was also pumping them out. Between Deko-Ze and Sydney Blu, you didn't want to leave. We stayed 'till she was done and got sent off to the main room. Ferry was still playing at 6am, but I had enough and left at that time.
I hope my video recorded good, since I got a lot of closeups of Ferry during his set.
deko-ze dropped WTF - chicken wow what a tune my tune of the night.
I guess it was a WTF-athon in da club that night!
Two Words:
Serge Devant
Arrived around 12:30ish - Tunes in the Drink were pounding all night long. Only left once or twice to check out mainroom.
Anyways, fantastic night despite missing out on Ferry's set - Serge gave me every last little bit of progressive house that I wanted.

| Originally posted by jon jon Jon's Random Night in the Acid Lounge Review - Midway through the night, out of nowhere an older Asian dude walks straight up to me, doesn't say a word, nods and gives me a crisp 50 dollar bill. WTF! Just as he goes to walk away I reach over and out of the DJ booth, grab his arm and I'm like "dude, take your money back, what do you want me to do with it". He grabs it, looks at it (as if he had no idea what it was), smiles and then kind of makes a "yeah you're right face" and leaves the room never to be seen again. In a nutshell that story describes my night pretty well. Hah |
