To be honest, I always just use the resume wizard that comes with Word. And yes, I used it to get a "real" job, not some shitty mall job.
It was all about the cover letter really. Well, that plus my professional profile/portfolio.
Cover letter comment is semi true. But the lazy bastards who'll be looking at it, there will be certain "must haves" they'll need.
What kinda job is it?

I'm pretty good at editing resumes. My GF is a high school teacher and i'm an instructor in specialized field. If you need help let me know.
