Murmurs in the Journal Sentinel, on SC, and in the GB Pres Gazette yet again of Moss coming to (or wanting to go to) Green Bay - and even more saying Favre is closer to retiring than sticking around.

I'd have preferred it happen last season, but I really would give just about anything to see Favre and Moss play just one season together.

word! it's funny how over the past 5 years we've had a great defense and a terrible line/QB (i, for one, think we've always had good receiving corps).

but last year it was the exact opposite. guess you have to give up something to get another. and to be fair they were fairly young all over the board - i should think that with maturity a lot of players will become better.

definitely need a couple of good corners and a dominant DL to rush the passer with.

i'm excited, let's hope for playoffs!

the pats resigned moss. doesn't look like favre-moss is going to happen. i was really impressed with favre last season, but he looked horrible in that game against the giants in the playoffs.

moss has alredy signed a 3 year deal with NE...

Damn it. I guess Snyder didnt offer him a good deal.

The Jets are spending their cap money like there's no tomorrow.

I'm thrilled that the Jets got Faneca and Woody. Our O-Line has gotten better since the performance of the Jets O-line can't get as worse as last season.

Now to figure out that QB position........

Moss hadn't resigned when I made that post, note the time between my post and both of yours.

And now Favre is out too (the SC fellows even note that Favre's announcement came shortly after Moss resigning)... what a shit day in the offseason.

Bill Belichick is with Urban Meyer at the UF NIT BBall game tonight in Gainesville and the TV crew is talking about spring practice etc... and they pan over to show Meyer sitting at the game...

At that same time Meyer is looking down at his blackberry and I shit you not that Belichick is peeking down at Meyers phone to see what he is typing in..

is that not hard evidence of spy gate then I dont know what is!!!

hahaha!

So the whole world can see the Vikings stomp Aaron Rodgers in the first MNF game this season.

Posted by Eddie N MIAMI on Apr-17-2008 06:02:

you know whats goin to happen now right? remember how brett farvrvrvrvre said that he might come back out of retirement to QB the packers IF aaron rodgers gets injured.
Lets say Rodgers gets off to a bad start...Packer fans are going to be wanting for him to get injured so favre can come back.

then he'll do stuff like this in the vid and fans will feel like shit heh

I think Rodgers will do fine though

The fins took Jake Long with the #1 pick

Posted by RJT on Apr-22-2008 18:36:

You all know I'm the biggest Packer gimp on here, but I'm going to be the first to admit I'm very wary of Aaron Rodgers.

He bruises too easily and is afraid of getting hurt.

Rams getting Glenn Dorsey or Chris Long. I want the next Warren Sapp in Dorsey. Book it

Plus he was coached by Jeff Tedford so he is pretty much doomed to fail in the NFL
