... or maybe i don't get what you want.

But those would all be factually incorrect in that there's stalactites and an enigmatic corn maze in there.

This one is the closest but I don't agree with the usage of hyphens over commas. Since there is no definitive collection of hyphen usage, I feel using commas is the safest approach when writing graded papers.

Get rid of any hyphens or commas around the "100%" - that just made the whole first sentence awkward. The clauses of the second sentence can be very nicely connected with a hyphen A semicolon would also work, but then the second clause would have to include a complete subject-predicate syntactical structure - which might lead to excess wordiness... much like this post LOL BYE
