Finished this beast last night.

Not much else to add. Top fucking notch stuff. You have a sophisticated ear. The TL is full of gems, no exceptions. Sax w/ breaks... come on! Loved it.

My only complaint is was the blatant theft of all things Desyn Masiello.

Listening for the 3rd time now...

Actually though, this mix was probably the least influenced by Desyn's sound in comparison to previous mixes of mine. Although, it still shows through I'm sure with tracks like 'Sax It'.

What can I say? I'm a huge fan of his sound, and it definately inspires my track selection.

As for ready to play out yet. I'm not sure. There's a big difference between putting a mix together in your bedroom, and actually playing live in front of people. Just don't know if I'm ready yet.

start out at some small time bars/lounges. I just played my first gig a few weeks ago and i loved it. It is definitely different though. I've always been a headphones only mixing kinda guy but at certain points the music was so loud i had to switch it up and use the one cup method. getting use to a different mixer wasn't too bad either. Just have a beer or so before hand and have fun!

Actually I'm listening to your latest mix, the one I downloaded from this thread. You're right, I was having a massive brain fart! The track sounded very familiar and I was so sure it was the one on the Danny Howells EM. Now that you mentioned it, I realized it's the one on the Desyn set. My bad!

Just finished listening to your set. Had you released this a few months back, you could've fooled everyone at the archive into thinking this was a new Desyn set

Awesomeness all the way through, great track selection and programming, mixing is great as well. If you played this live at a club you would destroy the place. Simply put: massive.

This is awesome! I'm only halfway in so far (been in and out of work a bit lately), but I'm digging this a ton, sick track selection and sequencing. I love that deep groove with the prog/tech elements thrown in.

Another amazing set on the DJ Promotion boards, thanks for introducing me to more great music. Looks like I'll be spending more time on beatport...

edit: that Ossie track is seriously mindblowing, esp. its placement in the set. This sound seriously reminds me of listening to stuff like Sasha's GU 13: Ibiza set. Damn, I was going to go to sleep (been up for ~25 hours), but now I'm compelled to stay up and finish this.

This set was a blast to listen to. So many fun tracks, I'll be keeping an eye out for your next mix!

well just listened threw it for the 2nd time. it took me 3 days to get threw it the first time because i only had a few min between work and other obligations.... it's my favorite one by far.

on a lighter note. when the beat comes in on the first track (about 1:54) i keep waiting for thriller to be laid over the top. made me lol

I'm REALLY enjoying this one too. Listened to your mix instead of the new Desyn set on the plane. It gets better and better every time.
