finding reasons to quote/reference them, however, definitely is
same with monty python. its fucking hilarious but if someone bumps into me in public and starts apologizing, i'm not gonna shout back 'tis but a flesh wound!'

Paladins don't have mana in dice-rolling games; their abilities are granted to them by their deity, just like Clerics.

Well, at least in D&D. They have to study their spell ahead of time, given the spellbook in the Player's Handbook, and can only draw upon those given spells each day.

The thing is, it was mentioned BY HIM earlier in this thread.

Exactly. Free dual-wield feats are seriously win.

Remember the first time your DM put a suit of magical elven chain-mail in the dungeon, seemingly just for you? Yeah, I bet you do. The grin on your face.

Oh ffs, I didn't even notice that.

Man, tubularbills is definitely the nerdiest guy in the c0r.

My DM was a twisted asshole. My (OMG, that was good luck!) sword had a god-damn personality, that liked to 'interfere' with my shit.

Lol, years later, I'm still a bit dirty about that

Posted by Halcyon+On+On on Mar-19-2008 07:13:

That's it, idoru. You and me. Flagpole. 3pm.

hahaha, intelligent weapons were hilarious. We once found one in a dungeon because my DM thought he'd be all clever putting it in - but we all decided to just leave it there, talking to itself rather than have to deal with it at every battle it didn't feel like participating in at some later point.

It's really not that funny, but fuck, playing board games and going to 'raves' are about on par with one another as far as nerdiness goes, so fuck you all.

I guarantee you, that not on person would dare call me a nerd at a rave... If I had my fucking possessed longsword

They'd all run away from you like Carl Cox was spinning.
