I bought that too once... it was on clearance at Shoppers... It was for a buck, and it was 'unscented', so why not. It really worked.

You're right. They are very hard to find here in Canada, but if you can find a store that imports European products from Italy, Germany, Serbia, Poland, etc. you will find them.

I only use the spray deodorants...From Nivea or Fa...My friend owns a store here in Kitchener and and I get them from him all the time.
They are $6.99 and seriously the best thing I have ever gotten. They smell sooooooo nice, and last a very, very long time!

a few Russian stores I've been to sold Nivea sray deodorants, and they were from Germany but I think they were pricey

I have FA and Nivea deo spray

Go to a Polish food store (Staropolskie Delikatesy) or a european food store (Denninger's) ??? I don't know if these locales translate into the GTA or not... there's lots in Hamilton.

Anyway, along with the consumables they import all kinds of european cosmetics... Ombra, Soraya, Nivea Szampon (FTW! Canadian drug stores NEED the Nivea hair-care line), Schwarzkopf stuff that is not available here (Gliss Kur?)

Anyway... if the TOTA meet-up happens, I will buy you one

Hehhee I have that stuff. Love it. We should go to Roncesvalles together sometime and go shopping! The Fa spray deodorant is only about 3 or 4 dollars at this little spot I found in the area.

Dundas West subway station and then a short streetcar ride. I miss living there, but I go about once a month to get my Polish/Russian/German food and cosmetic fix. I am due for another visit in the next week or two.

There is actually a tiny little restaurant/shop in that area and for 5 dollars, you get 2 kinds of homemade Polish food of your choice (and a drink). It is seriously amazing. You have to ask for it at the counter though - it's not advertised. Hahaha why can't everyone wait until the weekend after this one to go? I would love to take people on a tour. I have to go back home for Easter.
