what does hard mean?
hard means..like hard khunt or hard as nails...so by definition hard is a TOUGH thing - ie websters dictionary -

uplifting :UpLiiftiiingto be made to understand homosexuality with a melody (ie most of todays trance) - or made to feel good and friendly.

so by DEFINTION 'hard uplifting trance' - makes no sense.
