Hey Sam, it was a blast to meet you down there, bro! You'll be happy to know as well, that I DID make it out to SOS on Thursday.
I thought they tore the place a new one, but there seems to be mixed reviews about the show. I then headed over to Lawler afterwards (we walked 
).
Said hello to Luke Fair on Thursday at a cafe @ 5th & Ocean (Sam, care to help me with the name of the cafe?). Also said hello to a couple Add2Basket records people that day as well.
The whole week is just a big blur in mind right now. Went from Tues to Tues (Just got home about 6 hours ago).
Missed the Space Pool Party on Sunday due to rediculous cover ($120), friends had pre-sale until 2PM but we didn't get up until 2:30PM, lol.
It was awesome meeting so many TA's out for Danny Howells @ Set! The Guido's & Guidette's were in full stride that night as well though.
It was my first conference ever, and I had a great time. I can't wait for next year, when the usual crew and myself do it right, and get a Hotel in South-Beach. The hotel we stayed at this year was just 1 mile south of the Miami Airport (OUCH!).

Sam, I heard Eric dropped his remix of your track on Thursday night @ the Space Terrace. Congratulations! Now send me a copy!
I miss being warm and i miss the sun! It won't be summer here for like 3 more months ha ha. It was my first WMC, and I can't wait to go back!!

Already lookin at next year. Pretty safe to say everything will center around the weekend of the fri, march 26 and sat march 27, right??
I am for sure missing WMC 8. I had the best time and for the first time in yrs it was drama free!! I wonder if other music festivals are just as fun. If so LETS GO!!!!
don't know of any coming up... I guess summertime. Maybe Bang will actually happen??

just got back today after making a pit stop in atlanta to see danny howells spin from open to close.
serioulsy, i'm depressed, i can't believe it's over!!!! i had such an amazing time this year!!!!! seeing old friends, making new ones, dancing more than i ever have. my body felt like an 18 wheeler ran it over but i just never stopped!!! it was nice to chill in SOBE monday/tuesday to recover and i also have the rest of this week off due to spring break but i'm still sad. sounds silly but i guess i was so looking forward to last week and the weekend for so long and then it got here and it exceeded my expectations so it made it just that more difficult to end it!!!!
even at howells last night, i was dancing and thinking, shit i wish this was a club in miami!!!! oh well, LA has tons of stuff coming up and i'm heading to detroit for DEMF at the end of may and of course lovefest for my birthday first weekend of october and cabo san lucas this summer with a friend but trust me, in the back of my mind i will be patiently counting down the days to next years conference

once I find youtube videos of every track I'm trying to ID and all the other WMC people get out of their hangovers (I'm not done yet), is it over.
that and when I stop walking around campus trying to figure out which set I'm rocking out to.........

I'm definitely going next year as well. 
yeah I was out in downtown St. Pete and in Ybor the last 2 nights and i'm walking around seeing 1 person there.... 2 people there... not hearing any music.
i've never had the withdrawal syndrome like this after WMC. Not only was it great, nothing went majorly wrong either. Usually something does each year for me (car breaks down, seizure, no money).
I just keep watching videos and taking myself back......some friends are DJing at Czar tonight i'm going out and doing my best to party it up WMC style!!! lol

this is the worst come down EVER. I'm so fucking homesick now. it was the first time i was back in the US since i moved to holland in december. i miss my friends. i miss the sunshine, i miss my WMC boyfriend! figures i meet an awesome guy from DC (the place i moved to holland from) now that i live 6 timezones away ugh.. so depressed somebody come visit me!!! i need hugs
