I'm banking on most people choosing SK, which is good because it will thin out the crowd at Vanguard. Last time SVD was in town the place was relatively empty cuz everyone was at the Daft Punk show - it was awesome having room to groove!

i have yet to see SVD so i will see most of his set but then head over to avalon to see the rest of sander k, man especially after his terrace set, he tore it up!!! best set i've seen by him yet!

lol i know that is what everyone keeps telling me! i'm looking forward to it. i won't leave if i'm digging it too much but he has to end at 4 am and sander k usually goes until later at avalon so i can still catch him

I remember walking out of the Vanguard last year after PVD's show and thinking, 'HOLY shit, what just happened?' I didnt want the night to end; amazing. It was the single best night for me all of last year at the Vanguard. I will be there early for this one. We were lucky last year and it wasnt super packed. I echo the sentiments and hope Sander K thins out the crowd just a tad.

I saw SVD this year at a club called the 5th at te WMC where he was the only headliner; he didnt disappoint, even after my super high expectations.

Sander van Doorn fucking destroyed Vanguard!

Was supposed to go over to Avalon earlier but once SvD dropped his first track there was no way I was leaving.

Stayed til the end and walked over to Avalon around 4:30ish and Kleinenberg was rippin some crazy shit! He later spun on the terrace for a couple hours. So glad I got to see both.

But in the end set of the night goes to SvD.

i'll take that $50 dave, i didn't last 45 minutes. sorry, guess my tastes are changing. i just couldn't get into his set, i needed some house and dark minimal beats from 16BL

i don't discredit him as a great dj, just not my style anymore. he definitely had the crowd going and looked like he was having a great time.
