disc 1 is very uplifting....i like both cd's but disc one's track selection and arrangement is amazing

haha i'll keep that in mind when i'm listening to it
but maan...ISOS 4, track 7 is soooo good...i just love it...can never get sick of that track...i dunno why

ISOS 1 and 2 are unbeatable. Stopped listening to them after 3...because Tiesto's livesets after that were total shit I figured the same would be of his comps. Didn't want to download anything after b/c of it.
ISOS 4 Track 7 is Tilt - Twelve (Dousk Mix) which is alright, the Pig and Dan mix is good too, it's hard. I've used the vinyl of both.

I wouldn't say "total shit", but nothing beats ISOS 2 and 3. They're completely scratched up from all the repeated play over the years 
But all ISOS's have different sounds... just gotta play what you're in the mood for at that moment

Well ok, I'll just say after Nanya (can't be arsed to remember the spelling) and seeing him live in 2002 and again I think in 2003 I was just completely in shock of how all over the place he was tracklist wise, random stuff thrown in, techno track right after an uplifting melodic trance tune. Stuff that made no sense to me. After all that I gave up and moved onto other djs I still felt had flow (Marco V, PvD, and other genres of music.)
It was because the amount of GOOD trance productions and the djs playing it couldn't really combine those tracks with other stuff that fit so it would sound totally random. It's as if trance decided to become totally crap and sound 'the same' with a HUGE ass breakdown and nothing else track after track in a set. If you just do that it's boring, but you can't just throw in a techno song just to have some variety, it has to fit.
After that I just listened to house which had the beats I was looking for AND the melodies (finally...). Then techno happened...
