I appreciate all the advice. I think (if I decide to purchase tickets) the decision is to try and make it to Cocoon in Frankfurt. I believe Joris Voorn and Dubfire will be spinning there, so it will be nice I think. Although, Dubfire has been quite lackluster, I did like Deep Dish back in 2005 and such, and I have just recently started listening to Joris Voorn who has been interesting and fun to listen to. I think we will be in Madrid towards the beginning so hopefully some local talent there will spark my interest as I don't see any big names lined up in Madrid for my time there.
